Website Design - FAQ How Long Does It Take to Develop a Website?
This depends largely on the complexity of the site and the speed at which you produce content, images and other deliverables at your end. A fairly straightforward web design project could be completed in as little as 3 or 4 weeks. A complex site involving a database or e-commerce can take several months or longer. What does it cost to build a website? All custom websites developed by Agrfriends are unique so we don't have a standard price. Prices vary depending on the complexity of the site and the functionalities requested. For an accurate price, contact us with the specifications for your site and we'll give you a free quote. How do we change or update the website once it has been built? Upon the completion of every custom website, we provide training (up to 3 hours) on how to update and maintain your site. Who owns the copyright to my website? You do. All content, images and code belong to you after full payment has been received. Can I view my website while it is in progress? Yes! We want your input every step of the way. It is your website after all, so we do not proceed with a design unless you are happy with it. We will upload all work to a temporary site where you can view it and provide feedback throughout the development process. Will the web site work in different web browsers? Our web sites are developed to display correctly in all major web browsers, for Windows, Mac and Linux. We pay special attention to our coding to comply with the W3C stands and ensure that best practices are met to maximise accessibility and usability. This means that not only will your website work on desktop computers, they will also work for disadvantaged people using screen readers too.
